The Lynk & Co-powered drivers contesting the WTCR – FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO had a WTCR Race of Germany to collectively forget.

Yann Ehrlacher scored the Chinese make’s best result with sixth in Race 1 in his Cyan Performance entry, while Yvan Muller delivered an overtaking masterclass for Cyan Racing in Race 3, climbing from P20 on the grid to P10 at the finish.

Andy Priaulx finished outside the points in all three counters, and while Thed Björk is in third place on the #RoadToMalaysia, the Swede had to make do with a Nürburgring Nordschleife best of P11 in Race 1.

“A really disappointing weekend and I lost a lot of valuable points,” said Björk. “I bogged down in the first race, was stuck in the field in the second race and retired from the third due to broken steering rod.”
