Team Mulsanne drivers Kevin Ceccon and Ma Qinghua both scored points when the WTCR – FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO visited the fearsome Nürburgring Nordschleife last weekend.

Italian Ceccon, making his debut on the 25.378-kilometre layout, climbed from P21 to P11 in Race 3, while China’s Ma came through from the back of the Race 3 grid to take the final point for P15.

Michela Cerruti, Operations Manager of Romeo Ferraris, the company behind the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR raced by Team Mulsanne in WTCR / OSCARO, said: “Our drivers not only were able to avoid any incident, [they] brought both cars into the points. It was not easy and the rain during qualifying further changed the cards on the table. We would have certainly been more competitive on a dry track, but changing conditions are part of the variables of racing at the Nordschleife.”
